How do I make a skin?...

Can anyone out please give me a little advice about making skins. I've settles with wallpapers or te moment but I'm ieing to make a skin! Please help.

For the wallpapers I'll suggest you do a quick search on the net about tutorials on the graphic program you own [photoshop, corel draw, paintshop, bryce, etc]

Or you can visit the Skinning Discussion message board, they have a lot of answers for a lot of questions.
