WB: How much animation is too much?

Thought I'd try to make an animated skin.
So far the menu items, min/mas/close/help/force on top and system buttons are animated...

Well, since you asked, I'll answer you what I think.
I like animations that are action-triggered: mouse-overs, clicks, etc. But I don't like to have perpetual animations on my windows. It looks cool first, but I find it gets annoying after a bit, always moving in your face.
My 2 canadian cents (1.4 cents US).

I'm with paxx! Constant ones are annoying but mousovers are sweet! Lots of them would be great.

The Start Button needs animating in an animated theme...for sure...

make an animated version and a non animated version and everyone will be happy
