Is there a way to skin.....

Such as the network connections icons (not the folders, thats skinned) or the icons in the control panel? (catagory view)
Im sure theres a way, as all icons can be changed around, but id hate to have to go into the windows folder to do so.

There must be someone out there that could hack in and change those damn Control Panel Icons...After 2 years of searching...I give up

Doesn't say anything about support for XP

Open the IconPackager configuration window, click "icons and cursors" on the left of the window, you can then change individual icons. there are tabs along the top for the different sections.
