I downloaded some files and when I installed them it said I had the Blaster worm. Gosh, are you people some kind of hackers?
Who do you think I'm referring to?
I downloaded a Mac OS skin and now my PC appears to be broken.

Remmah, which skin exactly was it that you downloaded? If you can tell us, it will be checked for any virii and removed if necessary.
If you do indeed have the Blaster worm (I think that's what you're talking about), then you should run a complete virus check on your system to remove the virus. in either case, English is preferred (or French or any other language known to humankind).
If you really do have a problem, a politely worded request in clear language will get you a polite and helpful response. If you can't do that, ridicule will probably follow.
