What part of object desktop is installing .xptheme ?

trying to load it with WinStyles and it doesn't worked ...

.xptheme is a WinStyles theme file. What happens when you try to open it?

When i try to browse for loading a WinStyle Theme nothing happens (i can't browse to install a theme ...)

I uninstalled then re-installed WinStyles, then click on a file xptheme and it works 
But i still can't access to add new(theme) in the WinStyles ThemeManager ...
