Where's my Wallpaper?

I submitted a wallpaper a few days ago, and I recieved an email saying it was approved and available at a certain address. When I clicked the link, it said my search did not find any results. So I emailed some admins but they didnt reply,then my wall dissapeared from the "My skins" section, and so thinking there had been some error, I resubmitted it, finding that it has disappeared again. Can somebody please help me? Thanks

If you got an email stating that indeed the wall was accepted and available at the wallpaper library but does not appear anywhere, the an admin has to check what the problem is.
Try emailing a different admin than the one you already emailed. Sometimes admins are too busy or have too many emails to read and answer, so your chances are better if you email a couple of them.

I emailed 3 of them but I dont really want to bother them too much. its my first proper work so I'm quite keen to get it up. I definately got the approval email. thanx for you help Apocalypse.

Hot Tamale...there were two walls submitted but both were 'moderated', as not all walls are accepted, in fact only a relatively small proportion are approved....

I doubt a lot will agree.
Well there may be a reason. Which may be hacking. I.E. your WC acount has been hacked and some one deletes it. Happend with me.

Too many jaggies in the render.No background therefore no composition.Dont feel left out tho,I was rejected 6 times before I got one in.

An example.....
The world's first metallic sphere floating over water was probably really nifty and well received by all.
The world's second metallic sphere floating over water probably was enjoyed by all those who hadn't seen the first metallic sphere floating over water.
Some time later... the world's umpteenth metallic sphere floating over water was probably a murder/choking weapon used to eliminate further repetition of more....metallic spheres floating over water as fewer and fewer people had NEVER SEEN a prior picture of a metallic sphere floating over water....

Hot Tamale. It's good to see how people try to learn the ways to create wallpaper designs. Dont get discouraged if your first or second design didnt get accepted. Use this as fuel and motivation to push your self to do better. And always remember that the purpose of a tutorial is to guide/show you simple technics to create a certain image or shape, but it's up to you to take that brief lesson and apply it to an original idea of your own.
