Hi I have subscribed to Wincustomize ($15.95 AUD) but i am still getting this when i try to Download "
- You are currently at your download limit. (8 / 5) " I have received an email confirming my order. Do i have to wait a certain time to be able to Download.

Please log out of the site, clear your browsers cache and cookies, and then login again.
Also make sure you are not using ad-blockers on the site, and that your subscription purchase was on the same account as your WinCustomize/Stardock account.
