you know when u open a internet exploer window.. the topest thing... like where it has a little logo. beside titile of the window. how come my icon on that never changes. i want to change that

Webblinds changes the throbber, the toolbar buttons and does a certain amount of pop-up stopping. Works better for some people than others, which is to say it works for me at work but not at home.

You need to install Web Blinds...that is one of the features.https://www.stardock.com/products/webblinds/
