Unable to Install Wincustomize Tray from SD Central

I get the following error when I attempt to install:
Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\wt\production\wt.xml
Result: Success
Load: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\wt\production\wt.xml
Result: Failed (could not open file list.)
Installation aborted (failed)
Download: C:\Program Files\Stardock\SDCentral\data\public\wt\production\wt.xml
Result: Success

I had the same problem I changed to Us-Atlanta server in the SD Central settings.
Would not download from server setting Current server Us-california
Would download from server setting Current server Us-Atlanta
Problem solved for me.

Have you tried uninstalling and deleting it then rebooting and reinstalling? If that doesn't work, please send the following information to [email protected]:
1) Your subscription/serial number
2) Your hardware configuration (video card and CPU are the most important ones)
3) What version of Windows you are running
4) A complete detailed report of the issue including any errors that you received, the version of the product you are running, what steps you have taken to try and resolve the problem, and how the problem can be replicated.
