How do I close port 21?

Hey guys,

I need to close port 21 on my mom's computer...how the hell can I do that?

I've looked every where but can't find anything.

TCP/IP filtering in the Network adapter settings for the Internet TCP/IP or TCP/IP that shows up when you open up the device properties....

Internet Connection: Advanced : Options : TCP/IP Filtering (Properties)...

Filter everything coming in on their respective ports to be accepted and what is not included to be refused.

Or conversly you can do the samething with your/her software firewall...

It's a registered network blackjack port....hmmmmmm
