if your upload gets denied, do they tell you? like send you an email or something saying that it was denied?

You will be informed in some cases..... when it's due to copyright, or permissions, problems with the skin, or screenshot. But in the case of wallpapers, most of the time no rejection email is sent, because in the past, the Mods were recieving extremely rude, and vulgar replies, from some of the uploaders.
