WindowBlinds on Windows 7
Loads a webpage

Ok guys, I have installed WindowBlinds 10 on Windows 7.
When I try to load any skin, I get an IE window to this address.
http://redirects.stardock.com/windowblinds/10.0/purchase
Of course the site can't load, for some reason.
Ideas?
