Utilities programs for Windows XP

Tuesday, September 9, 2003 by shadow98fl | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Can someone (everyone) give me some input? I am looking to purchase a good utilities program for Windows XP. Diagnostics & repair, registry cleaner/fixer/cleaner, and the like. I have been reading about a few on the net, but I think if I get some input from people who already have one, I can make a better decision and not be disappointed. So far, "Fix-it Utilities" from 3B Software looks good.
Give me some opinions peeps! Thanks in advance!

How can I forget about Tweak XP?!

One of the best utilities I use. Must get/must have!

On the very first start of Tweak-XP™, the software creates a System-Restore point. You may switch back to this point using the System-Restore feature of Windows® XP. Please check the Windows® XP documentation or help file for details on the System Restore feature.
Once you have set your system back to a system restore point prior the installation of Windows® XP, all tweaks  will be re-set.

I have System Restore disabled (because once when I needed it, it wouldn't work, so why waste time, and disk space with it) so what's going to happen if I attempt to install TweakXP?
