Dark and black

hi,
My eyesight gotten not what it used to be, I'm looking (??) for dark/black skins under W7 (or 10) allowing for somme true windows 10 dark mode, even with legacy software.
I've tried lately "Dark Mode" skin wich was a good candidate but has its loss (no thumbs in alt-tab, no thumbs on taskbar icons, oddly disabling all desktop zoom with windows magnifier). for now one of the best.
I've also tried "Venom", highly ranked also and "YYS21".
Do you happen to point me to some good candidates ?

Too bad there is no (try first) option before buying for your skin neone6

back to give you my thoughts on the advertized skins (in cas they weren't any reports) :
SOL III
in open/save dialogs the directory tree on the left is skinned but the right panel isn't (white background)
The red backgroud is too light
DELTA QUADRANT
unfortunately the selection bar/seledted text are not the same in windows and open/save dialogs (the combo colors i, these ones are good), the standard bright bar/light text are difficult for me to read.
So even if I'd prefer blue or green colors, endeavour is the winner for me.
Two last comments : do you know why are thumbnails in alt-tab disabled ? Anybody to tell stardock to use standard window handling as their isn't skinned ?

back to give you my thoughts on the advertized skins (in cas they weren't any reports) :
For Individual Skin related issues it is best to comment on the Skin itself so the Author of the skin could help to resolved the issue.
For general, none skin dependent question, please post a screenshot you having issue with so we can understand and look into it.

With regards to white backgrounds where it should be dark, I would love to see screenshots of the issue (I'm not sure I understand the terminology you've used on all the issues) it may be something I can fix easily. Windowblinds has had updates since I built most of them and I could probably fix some of the "unskinned" elements.

Well.. I don't know what it was as today I just can't do it again.
Maybe an issue with my windows comfiguration as I experienced yesterday a BSOD after hibernation... My windows 7 is 10 years old with many software install/uninstall and I've noticed issues with my winamp skins also.
So... deeply sorry for the wrong warning !
