Mac icons to XP icons

I found a few Mac icon that I like and would like to convert to XP, but I can't get into the files... they are unsupported of course. I tried changing the file names but it's no good. They are .hqx and .sit files anybody got any ideas on how I can view the Mac icons for editing (for personal use only of course)

You'll need StuffIt to unpack them, http://www.stuffit.com/win/expander/index.html and an icon editor that can convert them to the Windows format. I think there may be another, but Axialis IconWorkshop will convert most Mac icons. http://axialis.com/iconworkshop/index.html
