you got to stop eating soooo much pizza, you're gonna get fat...than even those nice lookin icons, won't do you any good.

Open Iconpackager. In 'Icon and Cursors' under 'Files' click on 'add format'.

Right click on the icon you want to change and select dock item properties,then click change image.
