question about moderation

Hey I'd like whoever moderated my last two walls to email me the reason they didn't pass through, doesn't need to be elaborate, I'd just appreciate a quick laydown on it please. I haven't got much of any idea why it didn't pass, and I thought an email was supposed to be sent letting you know whether or not it was accepted or declined. (that has always been the case before with me)

They only email those that got accepted. Your best bet would have been to email any moderator and they could answer your question. This will work, but they prefer the email route.

jafo emailed me when mine got denied. I figured that was always the case. I'm not trying to whine about this really, but if there's something wrong with the wall I'll fix it, but I just want to know what didn't hit the mark.
