Need Help Uploading SysMetrix and Rainlendar Skins/Themes!

I've read all the FAQs I can find and it all sounds so simple.. but theres one problem.. I cant even Extract the ZIP files! I have Windows XP and when i attempt to extract the files to Sysmetrix/themes an error message appears saying the compressed (zipped) file is invalid or corrupted. I have downloaded about 20 of these themes from this website as well as others and they all give me the same error message when attempting to extract them... How can I get around this? Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
