Started getting error messages when downloading blinds and a prompt to send an error report. Anyone know why??

Thanks for your reply, GoodMorphing, it is a registered version, its 4.0. i just recently encountered this. My year subsciption ends in October. Any suggestions??

At the top of the page is a link called edit account. Click on that and you will see a selection called cross reference my account. Try that and see if it helps. It lets the HTML know that you have bought the application and the download limit should be lifted if that is your problem. Can you download other things?

Oh, and some people have luck alternate clicking on the link, selecting save target as, downloading to some folder, and then installing from there.

I am cross referencing now, waiting on the email, usually when i download a WB it automatically prompts me that it has been installed. hope the cross reference works
