How do i change the Stat Menu language

Almost finished my perfekct skin. I use Start10, to bring that nice win 7 start menu. But the theme itselves is useing windowblinds. So, its spelled "All programs" there. But i wanna change it in "Programme"only. Any idea how to fix this? Karma goes out for everyone, that try to help here.
