Now i only need to get rid of this glass effect in file explorer top, and change the Start Menu language (All programs to Alle Programme)

Well how about that, I didn't think the first state was used for anything. Thanks for that. I went ahead and changed the description in my list up there, as best I can describe it, in case someone stumbles upon it.

The all programs text will probably be a case of someone hardcoding text on an image rather than letting the OS (or Start10 in this case) draw it.
You would want to look for the all programs button image.

Almost i know anything to bring my skin alive. I testing around with other reccources right away, to be honost. Now i only need one last change: The tray menu dont enlarge if i add a new symbol there. It stays the same. Just gimme this, and i rush to gimp and try to make my very own theme, that i would share. I have big plans.

It sounds like you have built the tray into the taskbar instead of using a separate image for it. You would want to remove it from the taskbar image and make a separate image, defined in the Taskbar/Tray section.
If you have already defined a separate image for the systray, then I'd guess that you need to change its painting margins so that the edges "pull" when it's stretched.
There are separate sets of images for each Horizontal an Vertical Taskbars.

Do you have any guide for this? I am able to learn stuff like this very fast, but i need to see it .

No I don't have a guide. Do you not understand what the systray image is, the horizontal and vertical taskbar, or painting margins?

What? Ocourse i know wher the systemtray is. . No doubt. But what a margins is... sadly no. How do i work with margins. Did i need to work with the Systemtra or the Expanter. All i want is, that the color from Systemtray / Expander go to the left on the Taskbar, if i add an program there.

I gather from your other post that you're trying to use a solid color, so margins wouldn't be an issue. Since we're "here" though, and margins are important, I'll go with it.
Painting margins lock in the edges of an image so that they are not resized along with the rest of an image when it is resized as is often necessary.
This is a simple little frame tray image in purple with a 2 pixel border. The top left image is how it paints with no margins set - notice how the left and right sides of the frame are stretched along with the rest of the image. The top right image is how it paints with the margins properly set at 2 all around.

Look at one of your themes that is 3 states. If the states are placed horizontally, divide the total image width by 3. That will tell you how big each state is. Double the canvas width to accommodate 6 states and copy/paste/modify/reposition the states. If the states are placed vertically, same process only image/canvas height.
Example: The 3 state image is 150 wide. 150/3=50 per state. 50x6=300 6 state image width.
I believe the 6 state image frames are as follows:
1 - Selected File "Clicked Off" (Active Window). Shows when you've selected a file then click in an open area in the Explorer window.
2 - Mouseover on unselected files (Active and Inactive Window)
3 - Selected group (Active Window)_
4 - Not used
5 - Selected (Inactive Window, both Single File and Group)
6 - Selected single file (Active Window) and SelectedMouseover (Active and Inactive Window)
