whatever happened to the noia icons?

I lost my icons for icon packager made by Carlitus, I really want to find the Noia Natural. I've done a search on the web and can't find them, and Carlitus' web site is down. Why were they removed from this site (where I originally downloaded them)?
If anyone knows where I can get this set (or any other noia set, save the original), please reply!

thanks, yrag, but these are just individual icons, and not the icon packager file. 
I tried doing each one individually in icon packager but couldn't get everything to work out fine, that's why I'm looking for the icon packager file version.

I had no idea there was a Noia for Windows. It's one of my favorite icon sets for KDE.

It was originally for Icon Packager, and it used to be on this site. Now all that remains is the 2.0 edition that yrag (thanks) just linked too, but I'm still hoping for that Noia Natural.
