how do you create Win Media skins

I want to create some Windows Media player skins but i cant find what to use or how to create some skins. what software do i need?

YOu dont need any special software to make them. All you need is a text editor and an image editor. I use Paint and Notepad for the most part. If you hunt around on the Microsoft website you can find a downloadable Software Developement kit. It has all the code samples and stuff that you need to get started. There's no special software to make skins. You make the graphics in a grapics program like Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or the Gimp

Then you code the skin with an regular text editor. Besides the graphcis, a WMP skin consists of an XML file and a JScript (Javascript) file.
