the taskbar/tray is curved and not like it is on XP... is this true, or are the monitors playing with us ?
Have microsoft broken the stright-line-bars barrier and served us a more round "look".. i hope so
Good Weekend!!

As for the odd looking curving taskbar, I believe it is a good idea, and does serve a purpose. Recently, I discovered a setting on my own taskbar, i don't know if it works for all resolution settings, but for mine, it's good. Everyone righ-click your taskbar, and "clear£ the 'lock the taskbar' option. this will allow you to resize the taskbar. rezise it so that it's basically double the size it was before. As you can now see, where the clock is displayed, the day, and date is also displayed. Now, as you can confirm, there is now space for this extra display. however, because you've extended the size of the taskbar, it does kinda look ugly and bulgy. But that can't be helped if you really want the date to be displayed. I've kept it like that because i think it's worth it. And i've got used to it now so.. But basically, maybe MS made the tray bigger so that the date can be displayed, and the taskbar can remain it's normal proportion. That might not be right, but it does sound valid, don't you agree?
