taskbar not skinning correctly on windows 10

Using - eXperience skin, WindowBlinds, Start10

Everything else skins correctly but the taskbar is the default taskbar, sometimes invisible. Taskbar is supposed to look like what's in the preview

Windows version - Windows 10 Home 1909

Are you using classic shell or open shell?

And is it only an issue with that skin?

figured it out. uninstalled classic shell and it works fine now

I have the same problem. The taskbar looks like the picture, with all skins. it just changes the color. 
Classic shell uninstalled .. stay that way. 
I have the latest vision of Windows 10.
What con i do?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486023/windowblinds-support-faq#reinstalling. Just make sure to redownload the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

Should I reinstall Classic shell?

Hallo,

I don't know what else to do.
Maybe it's due to the NVIDEA GTX 960 graphics card
or I reinstall Windows 10

The symptoms look very much like Classic Shell or Open Shell is installed.

Are you 100% sure it was all removed and you rebooted?
