How to create sub menus? ObjectDock or other

I just scanned through the FAQ and did a search through the groups hoping to find someone who has already asked (and got an answer to) the question I have. I did not find what I was looking for, so if this topic has already been covered, I do apologize.
I downloaded the ObjectDock a few days ago and I really like it. I would like to use it as a complete replacement for my Windows Start menu and task bar. (Either by itself, or in combination with another application.)
What I have been trying to figure out is how to create submenus with the ObjectDock. For example, instead of having 3 seperate icons for Photoshop, Premiere, and Acrobat, I would like to have 1 Adobe icon that would then drop down the 3 seperate icons for the 3 programs I just named. Same with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). I just have to many programs to fit them all (neatly) on the ObjectDock.
If my requirements go beyond the scope of what the ObjectDock is intended for, I have no problem just using the ObjectDock for my most commonly accessed programs, and then using another app for my less commonly used programs.
I downloaded ObjectBar thinking it would do what I wanted, and possibly it would, but the program interface is simply too complicated for me. I could probably figure it out given enough time, but I'm hoping to find something that is more user friendly. What I envision are seperate dockable menus that can be placed anywhere around the edge of the screen that I want. A games menu, an imaging tools menu, an office suite menu, and so on.
Any information/advice anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated.

You should give HoverDesk a try. It's not very complicated, and very versatile.

Wizop Koasatai, thanks for your link as well. I downloaded the program and installed it but the program doesn't appear to be multi monitor aware. I have 3 screens and when I have hoverdesk activated, it only allows me to make use of my primary screen. Short coming of the program I guess. Also it seems to be very unresponsive and I have a pretty decent machine. (1GB of RAM, 2500XP+ CPU) The program looks good from what I could see though. Allthough it didn't appear immediately obvious to me that there was any way to create dockable "tabs" for submenus that I could place anywhere around the edge of the screen that I wanted. If I can get the monitor thing figured out, and if I can figure out why it's so sluggish, I'll continue to mess with it.

Please Read the Theme descriptions and the comments as for there are some useful tips on making KK Menu work properly
