Is Object Media as easy to skin as DX is?

The standalone Object Media application uses the standard Window GUI elements (titlebar, toolbar, menus) so it's automatically skinned by WindowBlinds

You can create freeform DXobject skins like pjpowell's BeetlePlayer that use DXPlayer to control ObjectMedia

OH so DXPlayer (what can also control WinAmp and other players) can control ObjectMedia and have the same functionality..

cool!

I wonder if it streams radio stations and movies? anybody? I know it plays movie files but does it read streaming files

so many questions...

Unfortunately the current version cannot stream music or movies. Any such files have to reside on your harddrive. I have no idea whether they intend to support streaming in the future

I think(WC needs support for italics) DXPlayer does support streaming audio and video. ObjectMedia doesn't. Put it in a winamp playlist, minimixe it to the tray and click play in dxplayer.
