Can you save as XP msstyles?

Can you export a theme into the Windows XP msstyles format? I know you probably think I'm crazy but it's for a special situation where I actually need a msstyles file in the XP format.

You would probably have to go find a copy of styleXP as it used msstyles. if pc is still on XP i might load and run.

Wincustomize doesn't deal with MSSTYLES. We use Windowblinds and SkinStudio her. Maybe ask at DA?
