The "Pressed" taskbar button state doesn't work

Hi all,
I've noticed that on my version of windows, the "pressed" taskbar button state just simply doesn't work. This is the case for all Stardock-supplied themes as well as community-created and self-created themes, even though the state is properly defined in Skin Studio. Basically the taskbar buttons can either be normal or active, but it doesn't change state when you click it without releasing the button (the "pressed" state" in Skin Studio).
Is this a Windows 10 issue, or is there a setting/workaround somewhere that I need to enable?

There is no pressed Taskbar button state in Windows 10. Microsoft designed it that way. Even though it is still in SkinStudio, it doesn't exist.
There is also no such thing as a disabled taskbar button...never has been (as far as I know)
Yep, no disabled button on the taskbar either. I think a lot of stuff leftover in SkinStudio is from the WIndows XP days and has never been removed from it.
