Animated/magnifying Icons like on MAC OS

Hi, I was wondering if there is a program that can magnify the icons on the quick launch bar on win XP when you pass your mouse over it, much like that of MAC OS?

ObjectDock a freeware program emulates much of the MAC's dock, inluding the zoom in/out feature
