Taskbar thumbnail preview?

Just wondered what happened to it, and if it's possible to get it back? I'm on Win 10

Weird cause it was skinned before. I remember it being skinned. I just don't know when exactly. And yes that's what it is called.

Ya, it got tanked by a Win10 update a while back. MS decided to make it one of their unskinnable parts.

Never heard of a taskbar thumbnail preview, are you talking about the Popup Preview of an open program, or the Jump List? If so, neither of those can be skinned in Windows 10.
