Does this work on Windows 10?  Thanks.

Hello,

From what I know Windowblinds can't skin Opera browser. But both work on Windows 10.

Thanks

I have used Opera as my browser for a long time. I would rather have more secure than skin ability. That being said, That is just my own opinion. I am sure others look at it differently.

I agree but there was a time when Opera was skinnable.

If I open my WB config in the Per Application Opera.exe is already excluded by default.
