Windowblind sounds

Some windowblinds come with sounds and they are played regardless if this is checked or not.
Windows 10 Home (18362.19h1_release.190318-1202)
WindowBlinds 10.84 (059 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

It's not a big deal, but it would be nice to get an answer why this option in settings does not work.
