compact startmenus cant work/?

I am having problem with a lot of skin , eg. Silx which I cant use the compact starmenus ...
everytime i apply the compact one ,it shows up with the normal startmenus ( with words on it
pls help

yes .... WB4 enhanced ... 
it happen not in one skin but all those that have compact menu one ...

Windowblinds 4.0 can't use Compact menus

I'm not sure why not to be honest... it all the same pink area to me... Maybe if you use Object Bar when its set on *use windowblinds skin* then maybe it won't matter if you have wb 4.0 or not.

the compact start menus do not use magic pink. and woodbridge is correct, you need 4.1. i was mistaken earlier
