What's the benefit of subscribing to WinCustomize ?
No discount offered on Premium Windowblinds skin ?

Hi,
I just purchased a Premium Windowblinds skin, Black Orange, today. The method of payment has changed, and no discount was offered at checkout, which was usually the case. So, what exactly is the benefit of my subscribing to WinCustomize ? And why weren't we informed of this, through a post or whatever ?

The discount is a question that basi has addressed.
Your other question is this. As a member you receive all updates for the included software, unlimited downloads for the art work posted. Also say WindowBlind has a full revision number change. Version now is 10.82. Say it went to 11.00 you would get that update. Without a WC sub you free update within a year would be say, 10.99.

Yes. However the updates for major version number changes only get you that version for 1 year after your purchase of a program. A member and you get them as long as you are a WC member.

There is some confusion there. Object Desktop subscribers get major updates to apps at no charge, not WC members. This is a breakdown of all the WC sub benefits:

As for the OPs issue.
If you did purchase, it was not under the email address this forum account of yours is under. PM me the email address you could have used and Ill see what I can do.

The only confusion here is me. Brain not working 100%.
When I can get on here I'm trying to stay active to help or whatever. Guess I should stay off. Just that I miss it here a lot and the people.

Thanks, sdRohan. You're right, I just checked my Stardock account, and the purchase is not listed. This is the first time such an incident has occured, and it looks extremely fishy. The email address is correct and has always been the same. As you can verify, I've made a lot of purchases through the years. I will be creating a ticket with all the details. I have the same problem with purchases. Stardock always shows my WinCustomize subscription expired when it is not. No discount on purchases for the last year. Gave up on customer support at Stardock; sent them proof of purchase and all I got back were nonsensical replies.

I have the same problem with purchases. Stardock always shows my WinCustomize subscription expired when it is not.
Fixed.
Gave up on customer support at Stardock; sent them proof of purchase and all I got back were nonsensical replies.
You have one prior ticket from from you in 2018 and it was about activation, not WC sub.
