Hey I want to get into making wallpapers and other graphics. What would be the best program to make them in? I have PS6 but I guess it doesnt seem to be popular for graphics like the ones here. So what do you guys use?

Seriously though...China is right, there's been some simply AMAZING things created in old versions of Photoshop, heck, with the right person you could get even get pretty good stuff from a program as simple as paint.
