Blurry Dreams UPDATED

Hey guys. I had to do a fresh install of Windows 10. I have installed klite mega.
All dreams are blurry. Any ideas?

Support asked for a video, support will have to find a way to view it.
I cant view them. ShareX is what I use now for video sharing:

You "should" be able to view what I send. You are support, you should have the tools...
I know when Zubaz was in support, he was the one to turn me on to Jing.
I don't mean to bitch, Sean, and you have thanked me for helping in the past, but it seems like in order to get support here these days, we the user have to do more and more of the work.
I'm not sure dreams are worth all this.

Ok, got Sharex. Apparently I do have to have a hosting site login. Also, the user interface for sharex doesn't work with the WB skin I have loaded, can't read the text on the buttons, so I can't navigate the app.
In order to use this i have to make a login, join a hosting site, change my windowblind, etc, etc.
No thanks, I'll just uninstall deskscapes, go back to Wallpaper Engine.

Flash has long since stopped being supported by major browsers is why.

I use Edge and can view it. I get a popup asking if a want to allow it.
Now that I have Sharex, I can't reproduce the issue. I give up.

I am not sure what format Jing uses.
Support asked for a video, support will have to find a way to view it.
Jing is by Techsmith, makers of Snag It, and Camtasia Studio. Jing makes the video, uploads to it's servers, and places a link into my clipboard, ready to paste and share.
I understand the flash thing. Edge browser asks if you want to run it before it'll play. Safety precaution.
