Hot Spots? Anybody around here ever used one of those?

I was wondring if anyone has a laptop and ventured into a 'hot spot' otherwise known as an area where high speed internet wi-fi is at, and used the service? What was it like? Anyone on the west coast of the USA visit a Mc Donalds and use it there?

Just thought it was a cool thing to have. I read a story about it on CNET. Just open you laptop and go. Sounds cool.

Stands for "wireless fidelity". Is a hi-speed radio based internet access.

Many Starbucks locations have them and soon all Kinko's will have them. Most are through T-Mobile.
