Some problems with my Stardock downloads

Hello all - I hope I can get some help with some problems I have.
When launching Stardock Central, a little "(I)Registration Info" message is placed in the bottom right corner. When I click it it seems that I am missing the serial number for my product (the field is empty compared to the rest of the fields). When I paste my serial number, it says that the serial number is invalid - is this normal?
I have installed WindowFX, uninstalled it and installed it again, but it seems that I am missing a bunch of animations, and I can't choose any shadows for windows or anything. The dropdown menu is empty.
I am runnning this on Windows XP pro - Pentium4 and ATI radeon with new drivers...
Any ideas?

You need to contact stardock support for this one. [email protected] Please email them your full name, email address(es) and serial number(s). Include the version of Windows that you use and the version of Stardock Central that you use as well as a detailed explanation of the issue.

Oh I really could go on with all these problems.. perhaps I should just re-install the whole deal and clean the regs for Stardock nodes?
