Thanks for all the help with my previous questions. It sounds like I will be purchasing Object Desktop tonight. 
One final question: How does it handle portrait mode monitors? I am currently using Pivot Pro V. 6.04 with a CTX LCD Monitor.

Yes. Will they handle switching between landscape (Normal) and Portrait?
Pivot Pro does allow you set workspace profiles so you can place objects and icons for each
pivot modes.

Hasn't been tested on one. I would suggest trying shareware first to see if it is compatible.
