How do I get start menu to look like the screenshots in Windows 10

I am using Windows 10 Pro v1809. I have tried start is back and classic shell and I get the task bar icon that is supposed to be skinned but when I click the start button I get the standard ugly windows 10 metro style start menu

You need Start10 and WindowBlinds to get the full effect of what you see in screenshots.

You would need to install Stardock's Start 10 application for that: https://www.stardock.com/products/start10/
