I'm glad this was resolved without a lot of gory head cutting and gut slashing. It should have been done privately. It then would have been up to DM as to what action he would take. I personally have the utmost respect for DM and believe he would have done the right thing as he has in this unfortunate public display.

Thank you for your kind words, I made a mistake and had to correct it, though I must say a simple E-Mail to an Admin etc would of had it sorted easier but it's the way it goes I suppose.
In the end I just don't want to be listed as something i'm not.
Oh and DJGeoff even though this was not the way to go I just want you to know I hold no grudges.

, its funny indeed, imagine, DM ripping an image.
: evry artist here that did some skins and is active on the msgboard wouldn't even think of ripping! imagine they catch you and kick you out of WC (that won't happen, but it sure give's you a bad name....), the fact that DM already was willing to remove the wall is a sign that this was just a misunderstanding.
well anyway, evryobody back to work, and some admin kill this thread.
Sort like public hanging.
(but jafo, the image was ment for windows, and this wall to, so its not a rip right?

GH, I had mailed jafo about 2 cursor xp theme's that were uploaded (one is called fun theme or something, and the other is by the same author) it are original window cursors ported/ (ripped ) to cursor xp.

I don't know if I understand correctly, but just to make things clear... Photodisc images certainly are not free, nor free of copy rights. Furthermore, I'm not sure buying an image would give you the rights to distribute it yourself afterwards, even if you modify it. I doubt it greatly.

Actually this is the perfect place to expose such chicanery, why should this be a dirty little secret for admins only? I wanna see Wincustomizes dirty laundry.
