Taskbar Notepad

I was just wondering if anyone knew of a program or something, that would put a little notepad window in my taskbar. I know that sound's odd but I'm constantly having a notepad window open for taking notes or whatever, and it's kind of a hassle sometimes...

An actual area for taking notes in the taskbar itself.

On your desktop right click /new/shortcut/browse/windows/notepad.exe/next finish...now drag notepad.exe anywhere on your quick launch. (the bar at the bottom) Waaaaalaaa!
