Hello peoples. Does anyone know why Carlitus' noia natural and noia warm sets are no longer available? I waited forever to have xp so I could use these sets,(among other reasons) , and now when I finally can use them they're gone. Actually, in icon packager downloads, I think there are other sets missing too

Carlitus is an exceptional artist I've missed his work here, though I did notice there is a recent Noia 2.00 submission in IP.
