If you mean Apps, then they should show. Tray version should be 1.2.017. I know that after I did a fresh install of XP and all my progies, that there is no longer a Object Desktop folder...it's now all in Stardock folder. Without a fresh install, good luck figuring any path out for the tray

yrag.. I have both a Stardock, and an ObjectDesktop folder, and don't be surprised with something gets moved.......  WindowBlinds, was moved from my Stardock folder to OD, during an update, and had me totally freaked. It appeared as if all my skins were gone, (including skins I was working on) but they were simply in the wrong folder at that point.

Complonent Tray seems to be looking in both folders on my machine, but even so, only half of them are showing.........

yeah....at some point everyone will have to un-installed every Stardock app and then do a fresh install to get everything in order (they just have to remember to save their skins or they will lose them. I remember that WB update to a different folder...freaked me out too. I have to say that after the re-install the file folder thingy is a lot simpler

figured it out. new version 'sdctray' was extracted into component tray folder in my objectdesktop folder. when i opened ct folder i found old ct and new sdctray. just opened sdctray (might have to change icon back to old ct icon. lol)and now all apps show up when left clicking tray. hope this helps someone with same prob.
