iconpackager help....

ok I put together a collection of icons that I want to put into the iconpackager format. can someone explain to me how to do this please? I have already but them into their own folder but that's all I know!. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Then it's just a matter of assigning all the icons.
When finished go to "File", "Save Package"
