Media player skinner

Anyone know a free or cheap or expensive but good mediaplayer skin maker?
Please very hard needed !

I assume you're talkng about software and not a human being. There's no skin maker software for WMP. Make the graphics in some graphcis program, then build the skin using XML an JScript. . Here at Belgium whe call it a Skinner Like winamp skinner (not the person th program)

We Dutch just call a skinner a skinner. It's easier to remember.
