Windows Blinds Errors

When i download a windowsblind file from this site. The download goes well but once it has finished it says in an pop up : Missing skin data
There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure its a window blinds skin?
could someone please help me out? that would be greatly appreciated

also sometimes a skinner will place the skin in it's own folder then zip it to a new folder, so when you click to install the skin it shows up no skin. If you go into the themes folder of wb after trying to install, and look for that folder name, you might find within the actual wba file.
I know this is a common problem in icon packager. took me quite a long time to reallize those iconpacks I dl'd were actually there, just buried in folders.
