Ok...... my biggest problem with the latest build and WB4, was when using a MyIE2 skin (which I'm discovering is able to skin more than it did previously) was the menus.... they were acting freaky!
The fix..... open the myie.ini located in the Config folder and set the PureMenuMode=1
note; close MyIE2 before editing, or the changes won't be saved.
Then I copied this to my skin.ini

Probably a lot of settings in there that I didn't need or use, but it worked for me....... now my WB menus are being used. 
I've discovered this morning why my progress bar isn't skinned........... MyIE2 is skinning it.... and my skin has no info for it too read......... so it's rather plain. It seems that the skinning format has changed a bit, and I need to compare the old with the new to see what's different ........... (a little more coffee will be required)
I'll ask about the repaint issue on that line below the tabs, and see what Tara, and Scoooby have to say.......... it bugs me too, but obviously not as much as it bugs Chris.

1. You can only have one instance to run. Which is great when you click some internet shortcut. Too many of the other tabbed browsers I see launch a new instance of the browser (which sort defeats the purpose of tabbed browser in the first place).
2. MyIE2 has custom address aliases. For instance in Netcaptor and MyIE, I have it set up so if I type wc in the address bar, it goes to https://www.wincustomize.com
3. The popup closer feature.
4. it looks like MyIE2 has some sort of download window that I can drag URLs to. That looked pretty handy. That's one feature Netcaptor doesn't have, so I was pleasantly surprised with MyIE2

Very odd............ I get ready to take a screenshot of the repaint problem,
so they will know exactly what I'm talking about............... and the problem
seems to have evaporated. The line below the tabs is as clean as a
whistle, and I can't do anything to make it otherwise..........
If/when it returns, I'll take a screenie, and report it.
btw...... while using MyIE2, if you click on the Help button, you will find a link to their forum......

What's also annoying is I can't get to the forum site.

but not here: http://myie2.yeah.net
Edited to Add: I found a way around the annoying tab line problem. In the Tab Appearance, set Use Flat Button Tab. Instead of displaying a standard skinned windows tab (and the annoying non-repainted line) it displays the tab as normal skinned button. Not a perfect solution but adequate

MyIE2 can skins some of it own graphics, which I didn't find all that nice. However, you can tell MyIE2 to not to skin itself and then have WindowBlinds skin it just like any other app. However, what I then found, was that when using WindowBlinds with it there is a repaint problem with the long line that makes up the bottom of the web tabs. that section doesn't get repainted and so looks like garbage as more windows (like MyIE2's dropdownlist) overwrite it.
Too bad, because it seems real nice. Its only a thin line that has this problem and doesn't effect any other part of the app, so it's more of a slight graphical annoyance than something that would impede its use. But it's annoying enough for me not to use it
