3ds help, mapping cordinates...

I am rendering some images, and those images contains materials in it, when I start rendering, I get this popup witch says that they may not render correctly because I need to give the texture cordinates,
Can anyone help me with this, or give me a good tutor for it?

Go into your modify panel, and add a UVW Map modifier.
